Yes. Cyphaira Corp. is the new corporate name of Growth Stalk Holdings Corp., an Oklahoma corporation. The name change was approved and announced on September 9, 2026. The company's common stock trades on OTC Markets under the symbol CYPA (formerly GSTK). Same company, same shares, same filings; filings made before the change carry the Growth Stalk name.

No. The number of shares you hold and who holds them do not change; brokerage accounts update the company name and symbol automatically once the change is processed by FINRA and DTC. The CUSIP number is unchanged.
