How we differ

Five things investors compare us to, and where the comparison breaks.

Cyphaira gets shelved next to companies it does not resemble. This page says, by category and without naming anyone, what is the same and what is not, so you can place us yourself.

In one sentence: Cyphaira builds business decision-intelligence software one vertical at a time, using one methodology — Understand, Decide, Act — applied by operators who do the work. The first company built with it is live. Everything below is that sentence tested against the five categories we are most often mistaken for.

At a glance

If you compare us to…What is genuinely similarWhere it breaks
Dashboard and BI softwareBoth connect to a company's systems of record and both put numbers in front of executives.A dashboard reports what changed and leaves verification, synthesis and the decision to people. A Cyphaira product is designed to produce a decision-ready assessment: evidence, confidence, implications and ranked options with an owner. The output is a brief, not a chart.
General AI assistants and chatbotsBoth answer questions in plain language, and Cyphaira's planned assistant layer is voice-first.A general assistant has no persistent domain model, no permission architecture, no evidence discipline and no outcome history. A fluent answer is not intelligence. Cyphaira products are designed to show provenance, corroboration and what remains uncertain, so a conclusion can be challenged.
Companies that lead with an AI labelCyphaira uses AI throughout, and "Enterprise Decision Intelligence" is a category name.We lead with the business problem and the vertical proof, not the label. AI is an enabling technology; intelligence is the product promise. The measures we report — facilities live, ARR, gross margin — are the measures of a software business, and they are what we ask to be judged on.
Portfolio, incubator and "diversified" structuresCyphaira builds more than one company and, over time, more than one vertical.Cyphaira is not a portfolio. Each company is built, not bought, by operators from its own industry, with one methodology. What is shared is the method and, as a planned capability, one assistant layer — not a balance sheet of unrelated assets. Acquisitions are not ruled out; they are not the strategy.
Single-industry vertical softwareSolvixLMS, the first company, is exactly that: an operating system for regulated manufacturing environments. The first vertical is the proof of the method, not the extent of it. Additional verticals are in development and are described by count and stage, never by name, until each is ready to be judged.

What we would rather you compare

Peer sets are chosen by what a company says first. We ask to be measured against enterprise-software and applied-AI companies on the things that hold value in that group: a customer outcome in a named domain, a proprietary asset that shows up as software-grade gross margin, and a small fixed set of numbers reported every quarter. Not on the label, not on press-release cadence, and not on a valuation someone else's ticker implies.

Who this is for, and who it is not for

Cyphaira fits an investor who wants exposure to operator-built vertical software at the earliest public stage, is willing to judge a company on a quarterly six-measure scorecard including its misses, and understands that the stock has very limited trading volume and may remain so.

It is a poor fit for an investor who wants a diversified basket of assets under one ticker, wants exposure to defense, government or consumer AI, or wants a company that guides on timing it does not control. We state no listing timeline. We do not guide on regulated-buyer timing.

What we will not do in a comparison

We do not name other public companies on this page, publish their numbers next to ours, or characterize their businesses. Their filings say what they are. Ours will say what we are, every quarter, in the same format.

Place us yourself.
