Who we are

This website is operated by Cyphaira Corp. (formerly Growth Stalk Holdings Corp.), an Oklahoma corporation headquartered in Seminole, Oklahoma ("we"). Questions about this policy: hello@cyphaira.com.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you use a form on this site we collect what you enter: your name, email address, state of residence, whether you are a shareholder, how you heard about us, and any message you write. We ask for state of residence because securities rules differ by state and we use it only to send you what you may lawfully receive.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) and HubSpot to understand how the site is used and to connect your form submissions to your visits. These tools set cookies and collect your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you view and the links you click. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes connection data to deliver it securely.

How we use it

To reply to you; to send you the communications you asked for (the shareholder letter, the monthly note, notice of shareholder calls); to keep records that securities rules require us to keep; and to understand and improve the site. We do not sell your information. We do not share it except with the service providers named above, who process it on our instructions, and where the law requires.

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can write to hello@cyphaira.com to be removed from any list, to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, subject to records we are required to keep. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site works without them.

Other things

This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Information is processed in the United States. We will post changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
